ANTICIPATING 2023

To support its development and opening to competition in the Île‑de‑France region at the end of 2024, RATP Group needs to adapt its organisation and governance so as to manage its monopoly and competitive activities in a consistent way, and to pool certain functions by creating centres of expertise or shared service centres. This is the goal of the RATP 2023 project, whose roll‑out began in 2021.

The project, with strong employee involvement, is supported by a change management system and enriched by increased dialogue with social partners.
